FC Shakhtar’s main asset is its fans. Specially for them the team give their all on the field of play and win trophies.

FC Shakhtar considers the ticket holders to be the most loyal fans. Visiting the Pitmen’s games in the season 2013/14, they can not only enjoy the exciting encounters and a variety of services available at the stadium, but also participate in a special loyalty programme.

In the new season, the season ticket holders will retain every advantage, alongside some new privileges.

Cumulative discount

The season ticket holders in the season 2013/14 will retain the possibility to accumulate a discount for purchasing a season card for the next season. Simply put, now, when passing through a turnstile for a specific Ukrainian league match, the fans will receive a certain percentage of the future discount depending on a specific rival’s ranking.

There are four categories of discounts - 1, 2, 3 and 4%. The percentage is accrued on cumulative basis.

At the end of the football season, the final discount percentage earned by an individual supporter will be determined (individually for everyone), which they will be able to use while purchasing season tickets for the season 2014/15. The maximum possible discount is 30%. For example, after attending the first two home games that FC Shakhtar hold against FC Hoverla and FC Chornomorets, a fan will be able to earn a 5% discount. The discount will increase after attending other matches.

How to learn the bonus account status?

• Before every game, we will send to each programme participant a short text message (SMS) with the match announcement and the information about the accumulated discount (as of the previous game) to the mobile phone number listed in the season ticket holder’s questionnaire.

• You can learn the accumulated discount by registering on the official site. To do this, you simply need to enter the series and the number of your season ticket and the special ID-code on its back side while registering.

• To obtain information on the accumulated discount, you can also contact the info centre of Donbass Arena (tel. 062 388 88 83), quoting the number of your season ticket to the phone agent.

European competition games at 20% off!

In addition to the priority right to purchase tickets for the European competition matches, the season ticket holders will also be able to take advantage of an exclusive 20% discount when purchasing the season tickets at the ticket office of Donbass Arena.

They can earn this discount after visiting at least four home games of Shakhtar in the Ukrainian league, preceding the first European competition match at the Donbass Arena.

Special discount at the fast food outlets of Donbass Arena

One more advantage to be enjoyed by the 2013/14 season ticket holders is this: they will get a 10% off their purchases at the fast food outlets at the Donbass Arena.

Personalized seat in the stands

Shakhtar has a lot of fans who try not to miss a single home game of their favourite team. At the Donbass Arena they feel at home, and Shakhtar is an important part of their lives. A personalized seat can be claimed by any season card holder who has attended the Donbass Arena for 5 years. This supporter will have the opportunity to choose any seat to be personalised. Even if over the past four seasons he purchased season ticekts for different locations, the chair he or she chooses for the fifth year will be assigned to them.
