Purchasing tickets through the official website is a fast, easy and reliable way to get a pass for the match. You will not have to go to the ticket office and stand in line; you can print out the ticket at home without any need to exchange it at the ticket office.
3. Retail network
The retail network includes ticket sales points in all districts of the city. Please note! The number and categories of tickets in retail outlets are limited. Download the list of retail outlets (377 kB).

4. Collective application
You can make a collective application for the staff of your company or organization to attend Shakhtar’s home games at Arena Lviv (at least 5 people). To do so, you should fill out a customised form on our website or at the ticket office of the stadium.
The correctly filled APPLICATION should be:
- emailed to zayavka@shakhtar.com;
- COMPLETED ONLINE;
- brought to the ticket office of the Arena Lviv.
