1. By bank transfer. To have the subscription arranged you will need to fill in the subscription form in a legible way, specifying your full name, the post code, the exact mailing address and the subscription term. You can print out the subscription form from our website or cut it out from any magazine issue and pay for it at a Sberbank branch or any other bank before the twelfth day of the month preceding the subscription month.
   
   Subscription fees: three months — UAH 27 (January-March 2014), six months – UAH 51 (January-June 2014), twelve months – UAH 96 (May-December 2014).
2. In the online shop on FC Shakhtar’s official website. You can pay for the subscription by bank transfer (Ukrainian hryvnias only) or by Visa/MasterCard.
