From 2001 to 2006 he worked in the COO capacity.
In 2000 he was offered the Deputy CEO post at SCM.
From 1991 until 2000 he occupied various posts in public sector.
Represents SCM as member of supervisory boards of Metinvest Holding Ltd, DTEK, the group's bank assets, as well as of Ukraina media group.
Responsible for approving the key financial, investment and staff decisions both within SCM and at the group's assets and for assessing the asset managers' performance.
Education:
In 1996 he graduated from Donetsk State University.
In 1991 Mr Popov graduated from Donetsk Polytechnic Institute.
