Entered office in May 2006.
From April 2003, Aleksandr Cherkasov was FC Shakhtar Senior Executive Assistant and Secretary of the Club Supervisory Board.
Mr Cherkasov is the board member of Football Federation of Ukraine.
Education:
In 1992, Aleksandr Cherkasov graduated with excellence from Donetsk State University, History Faculty,
with a degree in History and History Teaching
Honours:
Was awarded a Medal for Excellent Work and Virtue in 2009.
