- It was a very good and insightful journey. Over nine days we played five friendlies. They are necessary in terms of Shakhtar's preparation for more serious meetings in the future. I knew it would, above all, be important for the Ukrainian players. We changed the pace, played quite differently, in the different weather. The audience and atmosphere were just great here. We got a bit tired, but we had to work on. That’s very instructive for all of us.

- It was very important for us to carry out the tour at this very pace, because it can prepare the team for more important meetings in the future. For the first few days we just exercised, and then we had matches every other day. As you can see, in the second half today, I have replaced almost everyone, because all our players are very talented. I do not want that some of them play as the first-team regulars all the time, with the rest being too busy just warming the bench. Everyone should take to the pitch and train. This is very important for everyone. I really enjoyed my stay here. I hope that next year we will return here and meet again. I love the Brazilian audience to bits.
