Shakhtar gave presents to little Brazilians
The Pitmen’s morning training session was held in line with the same programme as they had used yesterday - on the atlantic coast. The only difference was that the team had been divided into two groups. While one group was doing fitness, the other went for a run along the coast; they also conducted a mini-competition in beach volleyball shortly afterwards. Of course, the training session was held in front of hundreds of supporters. The latter, by the way, were delighted to join the birthday greetings addressed to Ismaily marking his 25th birthday on January 11.
A surprise awaited the fans today: when leaving for the training session, the Pitmen took some souvenirs with them. More precisely, the gifts were intended for the smallest, though loyal fans of Shakhtar in Brazil. For those boys and girls who have stood for hours under boiling sun to get an autograph or have a photo taken with the stars. As an expression of their gratitude, the players gave the children Shakhtar shirts after the training session. And they decided to carry on this tradition throughout the tour of Brazil.
