Shakhtar U-19 in Portugal: in the run-up to the meeting
Valeriy Kryventsov’s team are about to finish training ahead of the UEFA Youth League Last 8 meeting with Benfica.
The Pitmen arrived at the destination the night before. The team stopped at the Aldeia Dos Capuchos hotel, which is located in the picturesque suburb of Lisbon, three kilometres away from the ocean.
Having had some rest after a long flight, on the morning of March 16 the Orange-and-Black went for a short walk and explored the neighbourhood. The team have a training session scheduled for the evening. It will take place in the town of Seixal, on the pitch of Kaisha sports facility. Tomorrow, the same venue will play host to the game vs Benfica.
