Season’s best defenders: poll results
We continue to define Shakhtar’s best eleven of the past season. During several days, the fans were voting for the team’s best defenders. Let’s sum up the results.
A total of 1,321 fans took part in the opinion poll. Based on the Pitmen’s traditional 1-4-2-3-1 formation, the defensive third features four players. They are Darijo Srna enjoying 333 (25.21%) votes; Oleksandr Kucher having 281 (21.27%) points; Vyacheslav Shevchuk and Yaroslav Rakitskiy, boasting 279 (21.12%) and 262 (19, 83%) points respectively.
