Shakhtar in Switzerland: looking forward to the match
On July 7, as part of the Valais Cup competition, the Pitmen are meeting with Sion. This is a reminder that the encounter kicks off at 20:00 Kyiv time (EET).
The team traditionally spent the match day morning on the football field. Typically for match days, the training session was shortened - it lasted for only an hour. The players ran the required number of laps around the pitch perimeter. Then they warmed up under the guidance of Carlo Nicolini. Later, they set to work with the ball. Mircea Lucescu dedicated the session to tactical performance.
