Shakhtar paid tribute to Viktor Prokopenko
Shortly upon arriving in Odesa and stopping at a hotel, Mircea Lucescu, Sergei Palkin and Darijo Srna went to the grave of Viktor Prokopenko. Let us remind you that the former player, coach and sporting director of Shakhtar passed away on August 18, 2007 and was buried in Odesa.
On the afternoon of July 13, the Donetsk club’s CEO, head coach and team captain laid flowers to Viktor Prokopenko’s commemorative plaque.
