Shakhtar flew to Italy
At 9:30 am on September 3, the plane with the players and coaching staff on board headed for Italy. There, the Pitmen will play two friendly matches: against Carpi and Atalanta.
Mircea Lucescu took the following players with him:
goalkeepers: Anton Kanibolotskyi, Yevhen Hrytsenko;
defenders: Mykola Matviienko, Ismaily, Serhii Kryvtsov, Marcio Azevedo, Danylo Sahutkin;
midfielders: Wellington Nem, Fred, Dentinho, Bernard, Marlos, Vasyl Kobin, Taison, Alex Teixeira, Artem Gabelok;
forwards: Eduardo, Facundo Ferreyra, Andriy Boryachuk, Oleksandr Zubkov.
