Viktoria vs Shakhtar: full house, player kit, respect
Just a few hours are left before the Europa League Round of 32 encounter Viktoria vs Shakhtar. On the morning of February 20, at the Štruncovy Sady stadium, they held the MD organizational meeting that was attended by representatives of both clubs and the officials involved in the match organization.
First, they confirmed the match kickoff time - 22:05 Ukrainian time (EET). Full house is expected. The home side will take to the field in red-and-blue uniform, and the goalkeeper of Plzen-based team will be dressed in a yellow outfit. Shakhtar will play in white kit. The Shakhtar goalkeeper will appear in green. The match oficials will wear black outfits.
In connection with the events in Ukraine, the teams will play with mourning armbands on. And before the game, there will be a one-minute silence.
They also mentioned at the meeting the impropriety of any racism. A representative of the match officials team reminded the sides of the mutual respect, the need to observe the rules of fair play and wished good luck to both teams.
