What is FanID programme?

For the fans who are not season ticket holders, but who regularly attend matches of FC Shakhtar, we have developed a special programme called FanID. After filling out a short form at the ticket office and receiving a personalized project participant card, a football lover is granted substantial benefits:

• priority (after season ticket holders) to purchase tickets for the Champions League games;
• accumulation of up to 30% discount on purchasing a season ticket for attending FC Shakhtar home games;
• a special discount at the fast food outlets of Donbass Arena - 7%;
• the possibility of attending every fifth Ukrainian league game gratis;
• the possibility of purchasing every fifth ticket for UL games free of charge;
• participation in the events organized by FC Shakhtar especially for FanID cardholders;
• staying in touch with the club, receiving exclusive information among the first.

The cumulative discount within the programme works similarly to the programme for season ticket holders.

Rules for purchasing tickets for the home games of FC Shakhtar in the Champions League for FanID cardholders

The posisbility of purchasing tickets for the Champions League matches by FanID card holders will depend directly on the number of visits to Shakhtar’s home games in the Ukrainian Premier League.

After visiting a number of Shakhtar’s games at the Donbass Arena, FanID cardholders will be able to either get the guaranteed right to purchase tickets for the UEFA Champions League games, or take part in the draw, whose winners will be given the opportunity to buy a ticket for the Champions League games.

Every fifth match using FanID card is free!

The FanID card entitles you to watch every fifth game in the UPL season 2013/14 at the Donbass Arena for free! After attending three games in the Ukrainian league (using FanID card when purchasing tickets), the fan gets a ticket for the next meeting as a gift (a gift means purchasing a ticket for UAH 1).

After purchasing four tickets for Shakhtar’s home games in the Ukrainian league for yourself and your friends, the FanID cardholder receives the fifth pass as a gift (a gift means purchasing a ticket for UAH 1). After buying several of these group packages, one more ticket will be added to each four purchased tickets for free. Only some of the top-rated league games may be an exception.

Special discount at the fast food outlets of Donbass Arena

Starting from the season 2013/14the FanID cardholders will enjoy one more benefit: the fans will automatically receive a 7% discount on their purchase when buying food at the fast food outlets of Donbass Arena using their FanID cards.
